Q: If during payment the system still shows “Please fill in the information” even though all details have already been filled in:

A: You may proceed by selecting “Checkout as Guest.” or Please reopen the group-buy link, tap the three dots at the top right, and select “Open in External Browser,” then place the order again.

✅ No account registration is required - simply choose “Checkout as Guest” to complete the payment.

Q: How much is the shipping fees for West/East Malaysia and Singapore?

A: West Malaysia: RM6.99 (first 5kg; additional charges will be calculated based on the official system rate); FREE SHIPPING for orders RM50+.

East Malaysia : From RM10.34. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the parcel’s actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

Singapore: RM35 for the first 3 kg (based on volumetric weight), + RM10/kg thereafter.

Q: Which courier does Popi use?

A: In West Malaysia, parcels are delivered by JNT. 🚚📦

Q: When will my order ship? How long is delivery?

A: We ship within 3–7 working days after the group buy ends. When order volume is high, it may take a little longer. 🙏🏻
West Malaysia delivery time: around 2–6 working days.

Q: There’s no shipping method / I can’t pay at checkout. What should I do?

A: It’s likely over 15 kg. Please split your order. 🙏🏻

Q: Can my second order enjoy free shipping if the first one does? Can multiple orders be combined for free shipping?

A: Free shipping is calculated per order.

If Order 1 qualifies for free shipping, it does not make Order 2 free. Each order must

individually reach RM50 to qualify.

Q: Where can I find my order details and tracking number?

A: Please register an account before ordering, and confirm your name, phone, address, and email before payment.

Your order details and tracking number will be sent to your email.If you don’t see it,

check your Spam/Promotions folders, or search your inbox for “Popi.” 🙆🏻‍♀️

Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

A: No. Order details cannot be changed once placed. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/undeliverable address, re-delivery fees are borne by the customer.🙏🏻

Q: Can I add items / modify / cancel my order?

A: We don’t accept add-ons or edits after an order is placed.

Cancellations are subject to a processing fee, so please double-check your order before paying.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Group buy pricing is promotional, so no exchanges or refunds.

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll assist.

Q: Is it safe for pregnant women?

A: Yes. From pregnancy through the confinement period is OK. Tissues, face towels, and wet wipes are also safe for babies. 👶🤍

Q: Will the products expire?

A: We recommend using them within 2–3 years (refer to the EXP date on the packaging).
