Each group buy runs through a creator (KOL) link. Open their link, add what you like to your cart and pay. Their group-buy price is applied automatically, so there are no discount codes to hunt for.

Group-buy prices belong to the creator who is running that group buy. Opening their link tells us whose group buy you are joining, and that is what unlocks the price.

One order uses one creator's prices. If you add something from a different creator, we will ask whether to keep your current cart or start a new one.

Items are held for 48 hours after you add them, or until the group buy closes, whichever comes first.

West Malaysia: RM6.99 for the first 5 kg, free for orders of RM50 and above. East Malaysia: from RM10.34, based on actual or volumetric weight. Singapore: RM35 for the first 3 kg, then RM10 per kg. Free shipping is counted per order.

We ship within 3 to 7 working days after the group buy ends. West Malaysia delivery usually takes 2 to 6 working days after that. Parcels in West Malaysia go by J&T Express.

Each parcel can weigh up to 15 kg. Heavier orders are split into more than one parcel, and shipping is calculated for each.

Online banking (FPX), credit or debit card and Touch 'n Go eWallet through iPay88, or a bank transfer using your order number as the reference.
